In this video I show simple workouts that I do at home and a little stretch routing ! This stuff I do almost every night and is simple ! PLEASE TRY IT !!!

15 Pushups
10 leg raises
Planks
Flutter kicks
4 rounds !! followed by stretching

Starting weight: 450 lbs
Current Weight: 343.6 lbs
